Kerry earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. in May 2022. She was awarded the Law and Technology Institute Certificate, focusing on the Intellectual Property Track. During her time in law school, Kerry was selected as a Faculty-Elected Scholar for the Student Scholar Series and served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology. She was also the Chief Financial Officer of the Moot Court Association.

Prior to attending law school, Kerry received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University, Columbia College in New York, New York.

Prior to joining Posey Lebowitz, Kerry clerked for del Cuadro-Zimmerman, PLLC and Butler, McKeon & Associates, P.A. She was also a Certified Volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Southern Maryland CASA for Children. As a Certified Student Attorney with Columbus Community Legal Services, Families and the Law Clinic, Kerry served indigent clients in Custody and Civil Protection Order proceedings, and led two Alternative Dispute Resolution negotiations assigned by the D.C. Superior Court.

In addition to her legal work, Kerry is an active member of her community. She has served as the Alumni Class President for Culver Academies since January 2017. Kerry is also an experienced lacrosse and swim coach, having coached at The Bullis School, Bethesda Lacrosse League, Sidwell Friends School, and Woodrow Wilson High School.
